This grant programme is funded jointly by charitable trusts to support faith-based community projects in tackling poverty and health inequalities in London.
Grants of up to £10,000 are available for social action groups in London with annual incomes of less than £150,000. Projects must demonstrate a link with a faith or belief group and/or a place of worship.
Applications must be received by 31 May and interviews will take place on 6 July. See the application form for full details.
