Mission Year is a movement of Christians living together in community, connected to a local inner-city church in an area of high need in London. With the focus on mission and service in London throughout 2012 and the Olympics, we’d like to invite you to join one of our team houses in September 2012.
Members can join while continuing their career full-time, or can join as volunteers and get involved in a range of effective social action initiatives to reach out to their local communities. These include Foodbank, CAP, XLP, The Lighthouse Group, Street Pastors, Women’s ministry, urban farming, and many more.
Mission Year is a gateway to urban mission, where members receive specialist training and equipping for urban mission, orientation and retreat weekends away as well as discipleship and pastoral support.
