Members of the Finance team have started to build up a collection of advice articles to help parishes thrive financially. Topics include:
- Maximising income
- Minimising costs
- Accessing capital when it is needed
- Utilising non-financial resources (like volunteers and gifts in kind)
The articles should help with some of the administration that gets in the way of doing these things. There will be guidance to help with governance and financial administration.
The idea is to help by sharing the best knowledge available, by sourcing or developing high quality generic guidance and tools on a broad range of topics and making them easy to find and use.
